Stkhm=Top Swvl Cap Asy w/Cable

An addition to the Stock Equal Top Swivel. This replaces the last union and allows you to "cap" off the swivel for transport so that you don't have the asphalt fumes coming up the pipe chimney. Requires the male threaded end of the union to be on top of the top swivel.
